Return Policy
Returns are something that we know will happen from time to time. Don’t worry we understand, but also know we are here to help! Please feel free to email or dm us with any sizing or product question’s ect so we can limit returns!
We DO NOT issue refunds or do exchanges on items! Qualifying items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY based on the following..
- Returns must be received in NEW condition! Unaltered, makeup / deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, ect and WITH TAGS ATTACHED. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you return a worn item you will be responsible for a $20 fee and shipping cost back to your address as we do not accept your worn items for returns.
- You have 14 days to return an item. Meaning from the day it is confirmed delivered at your house, it must be back at our address within 14 days from that date. An example of this would be if you received the item on the 1st of the month we must receive it back by the 15th!
- All returns MUST HAVE receipt proof meaning you must provide a tracking number to show that you sent the item back to us! Please email us with your order number as well when contacting us about your return over email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost! If we receive the item after 14 days WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT!!
- Items NOT accepted for returns. Jewelry, freshies, bags, sale items, pre - orders, body suites, and hats. All sale items are FINAL SALE
- Store credit will be issued in 1-3 days max after us receiving item. Store credit is set to expire 30 days after issuing.
Pre - Orders :
Pre order dates are subject to change! Pre order items are unable to be canceled or refunded. You may return pre order items once you receive the item.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for ANY reason!!
