Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are weight based so pricing depends on amount of items or weight. If you need your order processed immediately please purchase USPS priority EXPRESS or faster and contact us!!
  • All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout and WILL NOT be able to be changed after your order has been placed. The Roamin Rose WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” and you have not received your package, The Roamin Rose is NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States postal service. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the post office.
  • We know how important you order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or exchange an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy!
